We are looking for a provider who is comprehensive in their exams, skilled in full-scope dentistry, and committed to delivering excellent patient care. Requirements

DDS/DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
Valid New York dental license and Medicaid credentialing experience
3+ years of clinical experience in a high-volume general dentistry setting (required)
Must be currently enrolled as a Medicaid provider in New York
Comprehensive clinical skills and a full range of general, cosmetic, and restorative procedures
Leadership mindset with strong communication and team-building abilities
Commitment to patient-centered care and high clinical standards

Responsibilities

Provide Comprehensive Dental Care - Perform thorough exams, treatment planning, and a wide range of dental procedures, from restorative and cosmetic to surgical treatments
Lead & Mentor the Team - Oversee clinical operations, guide hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff, and cultivate a high-performance office culture
Manage a High-Volume Patient Load - Deliver efficient, high-quality care while maintaining an exceptional patient experience
Drive Office Growth & Success - Play a pivotal role in growing the practice, enhancing patient retention, and optimizing efficiency
Work with Medicaid & Private Insurances - Navigate Medicaid protocols while providing top-tier care to a diverse patient base
