Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited school
Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining )
Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
