About The Position

Are you a passionate, patient-centered Dentist ready to launch your career and make a lasting impact? You’ll provide professional dental care including diagnosis and treatment, while working closely with our Dental Director to develop and strengthen our community-focused dental program.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited School of Dentistry
Licensed Dentist (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Missouri
DEA and BNDD licenses (or ability to obtain)
Current CPR certification
New graduates are welcome to apply — mentorship provided!

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a skilled team of dental hygienists, assistants, and support staff.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions.
Perform procedures across preventive, restorative, pediatric, prosthodontic, endodontic, surgical, and orthodontic care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes lifelong oral health.
Support training and development initiatives within the dental program.
