Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active NY dental license (or eligibility)
All experience levels welcome - new grads encouraged to apply
For leadership track: 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
Commitment to high-quality, patient-first care and collaborative teamwork

Responsibilities

Deliver a full range of general dentistry services - preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and complex cases
Create personalized treatment plans and educate patients on their oral health
For experienced candidates: mentor colleagues, lead clinical protocols, and participate in growth strategy
For new graduates: develop advanced skills in a supportive, collaborative environment
