Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active NY dental license (or eligibility)
  • All experience levels welcome - new grads encouraged to apply
  • For leadership track: 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-first care and collaborative teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a full range of general dentistry services - preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and complex cases
  • Create personalized treatment plans and educate patients on their oral health
  • For experienced candidates: mentor colleagues, lead clinical protocols, and participate in growth strategy
  • For new graduates: develop advanced skills in a supportive, collaborative environment
