Requirements

Credentials: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
Licensure: Valid Connecticut state dental license
Experience: 2+ years preferred, but all experience levels encouraged to apply
Skills: Strong general dentistry abilities, team-oriented mindset, and comfort with digital tools like Dentrix

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough exams and leverage advanced digital imaging for accurate diagnoses
Create personalized treatment plans tailored to patients of all ages
Deliver a full spectrum of general dentistry - from preventive and cosmetic services to advanced restorative treatments
Collaborate across specialties to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care
Educate patients, building long-term relationships grounded in trust and understanding
