  • Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, cleanings, restorative procedures, endodontics (including molar), and implant restorations.
  • Opportunity to retain oral surgery cases and perform implant placements
  • Diagnose and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and preferences.
  • Perform oral surgery procedures such as extractions, when within scope.
  • Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
  • Participate in community outreach efforts such as health fairs, senior center events, and local networking to attract new patients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Uphold the practice’s Fee-for-Service model by focusing on patient relationships and case acceptance.
  • Support practice growth by helping evaluate and implement strategies to increase patient volume.
  • DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program
  • Active Texas dental license
  • Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
  • 2 or more years professional clinical experience preferred
