About The Position
We are a busy and established dental office located in the heart of Queens, Flushing, seeking a General Dentist to join our team. This position is open to candidates of any experience level who are looking for the freedom and volume to excel in their dental career. Our practice is designed to support dentists in providing high-quality care while also achieving their professional goals. We offer a competitive compensation structure that includes a minimum daily rate as well as a production percentage, allowing you to earn based on your performance. We value communication and are particularly interested in candidates who can speak Mandarin, Cantonese, or Chinese, as this will help us better serve our diverse patient base. The role requires working in person at our office, and we are flexible with scheduling to accommodate both full-time and part-time applicants.
