The community is known for its good schools and family-friendly atmosphere. To qualify for this position, you must possess a DDS or DMD degree and hold an active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Minnesota. You should have the clinical knowledge necessary to practice comprehensive dentistry, including the diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues. A desire to continue learning and growing your clinical skills is essential, as is the ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans. While new graduates are welcome, having over a year of clinical experience is a plus. Invisalign certification is also advantageous. Physical requirements include the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and the ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds. You must also be available to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
