About The Position

Colchester Dental Group is seeking a highly-skilled and motivated general dentist or prosthodontist with at least a year of experience in a practice setting to join our established practice in Colchester, VT. This is a unique position in which the right doctor will receive autonomy and encouragement to provide exceptional comprehensive care in a multi-specialty, patient-focused environment. Our ideal candidates are experienced doctors who prefer to practice in high-end, mostly fee-for-service offices. We're especially interested in doctors who may want to become equity partners with us and share in the profits, but without the hassles of office management. We prefer doctors who are excellent communicators and can build strong relationships with both patients and co-workers. Requirements

• Dental degree from an accredited institution, with appropriate specialization.
• Proven experience and expertise with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
