About The Position
Familia Dental is seeking a General Dentist to join our team in East St. Louis, Illinois. As a General Dentist at Familia Dental, you will be supported by a dedicated team that allows you to focus on your clinical expertise while we handle the administrative aspects of patient care. In this role, you will have the autonomy to create and implement dental treatment plans, coordinate oral health care during patient consultations, and ensure that treatment plans are thoroughly reviewed with each family, obtaining informed consent for all treatment services. You will be responsible for delivering quality dental care, which includes repairing decayed and broken teeth, potentially extracting teeth, and restoring edentulous areas. Adherence to all federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA, is essential, as is providing leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
