About The Position

The General Dentist position at Permanente Dental Associates involves providing comprehensive dental care in a full-scope general dentistry practice. The role includes diagnosing and treating dental diseases, injuries, and malformations, as well as educating patients on preventative measures for oral wellness. The dentist will also mentor and supervise clinical staff, ensuring high-quality care and responsible resource management.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited program.
• Valid State License to practice dentistry.
• Valid DEA number for Washington and Oregon providers.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1-3 years of practice experience or completion of GPR or AEGD training.
• Nitrous Oxide Permit required within 60 days of hire for Oregon providers.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with implants and esthetic enhancements of teeth and gums.
• Strong customer service skills.
