Requirements

  • Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
  • Hold an active and unrestricted license in the state of Washington.
  • Demonstrate clinical knowledge for practicing comprehensive dentistry.
  • Exhibit a strong desire for continuous learning and skill expansion.
  • Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.

Nice To Haves

  • Five (5) + years of clinical experience.
  • Invisalign Certification.
  • Experience in Implantology.
  • Experience in Root Canal Therapy.
  • Experience in Oral Surgery.
  • Experience in Surgical Extractions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional lifetime patient care as the leader of your supported office.
  • Utilize advanced technology including Pano, iTero, and Velescope.
  • Maintain a patient load of approximately 45 patients per day.
  • Foster full clinical autonomy in decision-making for patient care.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development.
  • Engage in community investment and legacy building.
