About The Position
The General Counsel will provide comprehensive legal counsel to the company's board and management on various legal issues affecting the business. This role is ideal for an ambitious Legal Counsel looking for their next step as a GC, requiring a strategic thinker with broad legal expertise to manage legal risks, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, oversee litigation, and protect the company's intellectual property. The General Counsel will also collaborate closely with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) teams to uphold high standards of corporate governance.
