ABOUT THIS ROLE: Executive Legal Leadership: Serve as Evara Health’s chief legal officer, providing executive-level legal guidance across clinical, operational, financial, and administrative functions to support organizational strategy and mission impact. Strategic Advisory & Governance: Act as a primary legal advisor to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors on legal, regulatory, governance, and risk-related matters. Oversee corporate governance activities including Board support, bylaws, policies, and committee structures. Compliance & Risk Management: Lead enterprise-wide legal, compliance, and risk management efforts. Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to mitigate legal and operational risk while reinforcing regulatory adherence. Audit, Investigations & Regulatory Oversight: Manage internal audits, investigations, compliance reviews, and corrective actions. Oversee Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) matters, claims, and related legal issues. Employment & Labor Counsel: Provide legal oversight and guidance on employee relations, labor and employment matters, and organizational policy development. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and department heads to provide proactive legal, regulatory, and compliance counsel in support of organizational priorities and patient care initiatives. Culture of Integrity & Accountability: Promote a strong culture of compliance, ethics, integrity, and accountability across all departments while ensuring adherence to HIPAA, State, Federal, and accreditation regulations. Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
