About The Position

Based in Boca Raton, Florida and reporting to the CEO, the General Counsel will play a critical role in fulfilling Cinch Home Service's vision and achieving the company's growth objectives. As General Counsel, S/he will play a pivotal role in improving the company's performance and helping to shape its future by ensuring legal and ethical excellence as we expand our impact on the home warranty market. They will manage a Team of associates across a broad portfolio of Legal and Compliance functions. S/he will serve as a trusted business partner to the company's CEO, The Board of Advisors and Executive team and will play a critical role in the ongoing business transformation, growth focus, and overall success of the company. This is a high-impact and visible role at Cinch with the mandate to help improve the company's business performance and partner with leadership to drive industry-leading growth.
