As an Investments team member, you’ll play a key role in the innovative investment strategies that enable our company and our financial products to serve our customers and their families when they need us most – now and in the future. Reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer, with an additional line into the HQ General Counsel, the Investments General Counsel will provide legal, compliance, and governance expertise, advice, risk mitigation and leadership to Genworth's Investments organization. Serve as a core member of the Investments leadership team, partnering closely with functional leaders, asset class heads and senior stakeholders including the CFO and Operations leadership to drive strategic priorities and execution Be responsible for and manage the Investments Legal and Compliance teams Significant interaction with the HQ General Counsel and HQ legal team and other company business segments
