About The Position
As the General Counsel - Intellectual Property at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and protecting the company's intellectual property strategy. Your legal expertise will directly influence the management and enforcement of Honeywell's intellectual assets, ensuring that the company's IP rights are safeguarded. You will provide legal counsel on various IP matters, assisting business units and senior management in making informed decisions regarding patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. This position reports directly to the Chief Intellectual Property Counsel of Honeywell Aerospace Technologies and is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
