Position Overview We are seeking an experienced General Contractor to oversee all construction and remodeling projects across Regent's portfolio, including offices and some retail locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in general construction and a contractor's license for the state of CA.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in general construction
  • Contractor's license for the state of CA
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
  • Experience managing facility budgets and expenses
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects for all company locations
  • Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Ensure all construction projects meet local building codes and regulations
  • Manage the remodeling and closeout of existing locations
  • Develop and implement facility maintenance plans to ensure all locations are kept in good condition
  • Work with the management team to identify and prioritize facility needs
  • Manage the facility budget and ensure all expenses are in line with company expectations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure facility projects align with company goals
