As the General Contractor Sourcing Manager (GCSM), you will play a key role on the Global Procurement team, contributing significant value to projects. In this role, you will collaborate on General Contractor sourcing activities for all assigned New Development projects, utilizing data analytics to inform decisions and ensure competitive bids. You will also be responsible for leveling bids to ensure accurate comparisons between contractors, optimizing the procurement process, and supporting the overall success and cost-efficiency of our projects.
