About The Position

Skillforce is hiring General Laborers for a cleaning crew on a long-term data center project in Reno, NV. This position offers consistent, full-time hours (40 hours per week). The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Pay range: $ 21-23 (Depending on experience)

Requirements

Certification in OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety training.
Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and terminology.
Ability to work independently and obtain high attention to detail.
Previous experience working on a night-shift role with little supervision.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a construction laborer role or similar physical labor position.
Basic knowledge of construction site safety practices and the ability to follow safety protocols.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
Remove and pick-up debris and other materials to prepare surface for next workday.
Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned duties accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency on-site.
Removing large and small debris, including packaging materials, leftover construction materials, and general waste.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and report any issues or delays.
