About The Position
Join Our Team as a Crew Laborer Leader We are seeking Crew Laborers and Drivers to join our Nashville team and assist with various hands-on tasks at job sites. If youre a hard-working, team-oriented individual who enjoys physical work and making a difference, wed love to hear from you! What You'll Do: Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying/transporting materials, and assisting the crew on-site. Help load and unload materials and equipment as needed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment. Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized job site. What We're Looking For: Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude when working as part of a team. Punctuality, reliability, and strong time management skills. A valid drivers license is required. Additional Requirements: Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed. Commitment to adhering to company policies and procedures.
