About The Position

ABM Industries is seeking a highly experienced General Construction Coordinator IV to lead tool installation and construction coordination efforts at the Samsung Taylor Semiconductor Plant. This senior-level role is responsible for overseeing complex construction scopes, managing multiple subcontractors, and ensuring alignment with Samsung's standards and ABM's quality protocols.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction coordination, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech environments.
• Advanced knowledge of construction systems, cleanroom protocols, and project sequencing.
• Proficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, and other project management tools.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of tool installation across multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation for general construction scopes.
• Oversee site logistics, safety compliance, and access control.
• Review and approve construction drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Resolve field-level issues and escalate critical concerns to project leadership.
• Support commissioning, punch list resolution, and system turnover.
• Mentor junior coordinators and ensure team alignment with project goals.
