Requirements
- Skills will depend on the position applied for, but we are looking for these skills in EVERY team member: Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Interpersonal skills to work within a team, taking direction from managers
- Time management skills to complete error-free work within the required timeframe
- Communication skills with an emphasis on reading and writing for creating documentation and reports
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions
- Requires the ability to use a phone and tablet to input data, such as timecard information, emails, etc.
- Reliable transportation, and dependable attendance
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus for this role

Responsibilities
- Basic duties in our shop and in the field center around sheet metal fabrication and installation, welding/fabrication, and roofing.
- Office positions range from drafting, estimating, projects management, sales, finance, HR, office admin, safety, and logistics.
