About The Position
The General Clerk position at our retail location in Green Valley, AZ, is a vital role that supports the daily operations of our store. As a General Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the retail environment. This includes assisting customers, managing inventory, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Your role will also involve processing transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all sales are recorded correctly and that the cash register is balanced at the end of your shift. In addition to customer service and transaction processing, you will be tasked with restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained. This may involve lifting and moving products, as well as performing routine checks on inventory levels to ensure that we are adequately stocked. You will work closely with other team members to create a welcoming environment for our customers and to promote a positive shopping experience. This part-time position requires flexibility in scheduling, as you may be asked to work evenings, weekends, or holidays based on the store's needs.
