About The Position
Preferred Cleaning Systems is seeking dedicated General Cleaners to join our expanding team in Cheswick. As a post-construction cleaning company, we specialize in preparing homes for new occupants, ensuring that every detail is attended to before the customer moves in. Our cleaning duties encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to cleaning windows, wiping down cabinets, doors, vents, and baseboards, vacuuming carpets, cleaning hardwood floors, and sweeping basements. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients, which include reputable builders such as Ryan Homes, Dan Ryan Builders, Charter Homes, Aim Construction, Volpatt, Rycon, Gilbane, and Infinity Homes. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday during daylight hours, allowing our team members to enjoy their weekends and holidays with family. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, which is why our crews do not work evenings or weekends. The day typically starts early, with our crew leaving the Harmar area around 6 am. We also provide paid lunch and drive time between jobs, ensuring that our employees are compensated for their time on the road.
