About The Position

General Cleaner ( on-call ) Floater Pay Rate: $16.35/hour Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Requirements: U.S. Citizen, Work Permit, or U.S. Passport Position Summary: Traveling (as needed) to local area accounts that do not have sufficient staff to fulfill the customers' needs.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen, Work Permit, or U.S. Passport
• 1 year of janitorial experience preferred.
• Successful completion of on-the-job rules, safety training, general office cleaning, restroom cleaning, and bloodborne pathogen training where required.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms and talk.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

• General Cleaning
• Spot Cleaning / Vacuuming Carpets
• Dusting
• Trash Removal
• Dust Mopping / Sweeping
• Damp Mopping
• Recycling and Breakdown of Materials Specific to Job Site
• Restroom Cleaning
• Damp mopping / disinfection of floors
• Dusting spot cleaning of partitions and vents
• Replenishing supplies such as toilet tissues, paper towels, etc
• Removal of trash
• Cleaning / disinfection of sinks, toilets, and urinals
• Cleaning of mirrors and fixtures
• Maintaining Janitor / Supply Closet
• Ensuring all necessary cleaning solutions and equipment is available
• Keeping equipment and supplies organized and ready for the next scheduled shift
