About The Position

A well-established private school in the desirable Lake Jeanette area of Greensboro, NC is seeking a dedicated and reliable Evening General Cleaner to join our facilities team. Requirements

Reliable Transportation is a MUST. Must be able to commute consistently to the Lake Jeanette area of Greensboro, NC.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
Possess a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
Physically able to lift up to 35 pounds, stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior janitorial or custodial experience (1+ year).
Experience working in a school, education, or similar institutional setting.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and emptying trash/recycling receptacles.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, water fountains, and common areas.
Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces throughout the school campus.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
Stock and maintain supply levels in restrooms and other designated areas.
Secure facility and ensure all lights and equipment are turned off at the end of the shift.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to the Facilities Manager.
Follow all safety procedures and school protocols.
