About The Position

IH Services, Inc., one of the leading providers of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities, is in need of general cleaners for a facility located in Durham NC. This position is a fast pace job with high cleaning standards. With this position you will be: Cleaning and restocking restrooms Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming Cleaning break areas (wiping down tables, counters and appliances, etc) Cleaning offices Other cleaning duties as needed Removing trash Dust mopping Policing parking lot

Requirements

• Safety oriented
• All candidates must pass a drug screen and background screen

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PIT equipment desired but not required

Responsibilities
