About The Position
Modern Maintenance was founded in 1982. Modern Maintenance Building Services provides janitorial services to many of the Milwaukee area’s most prestigious buildings. With headquarters in New Berlin, Wisconsin and a branch office in Madison, Modern Maintenance has over 500 employees who provide a wide array of clients. Modern Maintenance services multi-tenant buildings, commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, financial institutions, and educational facilities just to name a few of our clientele. With over 40 years of cleaning experience, we have established ourselves as a dynamic regional contractor.
Responsibilities
- Dust surfaces including desktops, cabinet tops, partitions, etc.
- Empty wastebaskets and recyclables; transport to designated disposal area.
- Sweep and mop hard surfaced floors.
- Vacuum floors using upright vacuum and/or vac paks.
- Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned by the supervisor/manager.
