About The Position

General duties include maintain safety and cleanliness of the worksite. Communicate with coworkers and supervision to provide the best possible service to the client. POSITION REQUIREMENTS – ESSENTIALS FUNCTIONS Report to and follow the directions of building supervision. Relieve, assist, or fill in temporarily on other jobs assigned by the supervisor In Restrooms - clean and sanitize all surfaces including stall walls and doors. Clean and sanitizes all sinks and toilets. Clean mirrors. Sweep and mop floors. Remove trash and replace bags. Restock all paper products and soap. Offices and cubicles – empty trash containers and replace bags. Dust all horizontal surfaces. High and low dust to account specifications. Do not move or disturb anything on desks or credenzas. Vacuum carpeted floors as you leave an office or cubicle. Empty all trash containers and replace bags. Spot clean doors and walls as needed. Dust all flat surfaces. Vacuum all carpeted floors or dust mop and damp mop all hard floor surfaces. Sweep, mop or machine scrub all red or green shop floors between guide rails. Placing wet floor signs and remove when dry. Police cafeteria as scheduled and deep clean once per shift. Change out recycling bins on shop floor as needed. Immediately report all accidents, incidents, damages and client concerns to your supervisor. Clean all tools, supplies, and equipment after each use and store in their proper place. Load and unload supplies and equipment. Adhere to all applicable safety practices. Ensure facilities are clean projecting a positive image of the Company. Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Must be able to pass a background check.
Ability to work flexible hours.

Nice To Haves

High school Diploma is preferred.
