About The Position

Responsible for general oversight, cleaning and stocking supplies in all public areas inside and outside of assigned building, including restrooms. Respond to business management needs in a timely and effective manner. May need to clean any secured areas which cannot be cleaned at night.

Requirements

Exposure to dust, gas, fumes, extremes in temperature and or humidity.
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods at a time

Responsibilities

Respond to building requests as instructed.
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, and phones.
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
Emptying trash receptacles, replacing liners, disposing trash into dumpsters and bags for proper disposal.
Using equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners
Notify management of deficiencies occurring or needs for repairs.
Stock and maintain supply rooms.
Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Monitor entire lobby areas and plaza for cleanliness.
Monitor and maintain escalators and elevator cabs, including floors, as required. If carpeted, floors in elevators, cabs to be vacuumed and spots to be removed, as required.
Clean fingerprints/marks from glass doors/mirrors.
Perform high/low detail dusting/vacuuming.
Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
Function as a contact for client, using high level of professionalism and communication skills.
Work with little to no supervision and be able to independently determine tasks to complete on a daily basis
Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties. Continuous walking and standing.
Must be able to speak and communicate effectively with management and customers.
