Requirements
- Attendance is essential
- 1 year experience cleaning commercial buildings
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a federal background check
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adhere to safety standards
- Timekeeping (punching into and out of work using a phone-based system)
- Must be able to communicate in English (will be using checklists)
Responsibilities
- Complete work with within budgeted time (4 hours)
- Refill all dispensers and paper products
- Cleaning of floors in a commercial office building
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuum
- Other cleaning tasks as assigned
