About The Position
ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Facilities Lead. The Facilities Lead is responsible for directing the work of a team of maintenance employees to ensure a safe and well-maintained site. This role involves planning, prioritizing, and delegating work assignments, as well as managing the formation and distribution of Work Orders for service, repair, and preventive maintenance. The Facilities Lead will also inspect the quality of work performed by the team, perform maintenance work as needed, monitor supplies and equipment, and coordinate training in facility maintenance and safety methods. Additionally, the Facilities Lead will manage local service providers and respond to public inquiries and complaints.
