About The Position

The Division of Cardiology at Loyola University Chicago (LUC) Stritch School of Medicine is seeking a general (non-invasive) cardiologist to join its collegial practice. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within a thriving cardiology practice that is supported by a nationally recognized heart surgery program, which includes an established heart transplant program. Candidates who are board-certified or board-eligible and have completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship training program in cardiovascular diseases are encouraged to apply. The cardiology division at Loyola enjoys substantial clinical volumes in heart surgery, structural heart, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), and electrophysiology (EP) procedures. The practice includes off-site clinics as well as a dedicated heart and vascular clinic located on the Maywood campus. Loyola cardiology is committed to being at the forefront of cardiovascular disease care, providing comprehensive services to patients in the region. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the position offers opportunities for clinical and basic science research, as well as educational involvement in fellowship, residency, and medical student training programs.
