About The Position

We are looking for General Service Technicians who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for must seek solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: A general service technician that, to start, will focus on performing oil changes, tires, and light mechanical services. Continuously build experience as an automotive technician across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy digital vehicle inspections Work as part of a team to provide industry-defining customer service. Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns. Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results. Requirements

Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers.
Commitment to excellence in care of customer's vehicles
6+ months of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
Ability to successfully complete jobs in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment
Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
Professional appearance and strong communication
A desire for long-term career development
Current valid driver's license
Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.
Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair.
Have the dexterity needed to efficiently use hand tools.
Walk/stand for most of their workday.
Drive manual transmissions vehicles.
Efficiently navigate a computer

Responsibilities
