About The Position

State Wide Windows, a part of LEER Group, is looking to fill full-time 1st shift positions for Manufacturing Production Labor in Elkhart, IN. These positions are scheduled Monday-Thursday from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, with mandatory overtime including Fridays and Saturdays if necessary. A Manufacturing Production Labor Worker will perform various basic and skilled tasks and processes to achieve a finished product, with tasks varying depending on the position in the line.

Requirements

• Must have great attendance and be a fast learner.
• Must be able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to arrive on time and ready to work.
• Must use assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, ear plugs, and cut resistant safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Perform various basic and skilled Manufacturing Production Labor tasks and processes.
• Achieve a finished product through active participation in the production line.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch as required by the tasks.
