This General Application allows candidates to express interest in current or future opportunities within our Commercial Roofing Business Unit when a specific position is not currently posted. By submitting a General Application, candidates may be considered for a variety of remote, professional-level roles within our commercial roofing operations as business needs arise. Positions may include, but are not limited to: Project Manager Superintendent (Travel-Based) Estimator > Note: > > All roles are 100% remote. > > Project Managers and Superintendents travel nationwide for awarded projects, supporting national customer accounts. > > Estimators work from home with approximately 5% travel for training, meetings, or business needs. Roles vary based on experience level, project scope, and business demand.
Requirements
- Prior experience working for commercial roofing contractor required
- Knowledge of project management, estimating, crew management or operations (role dependent)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to travel nationwide (Project Manager & Superintendent roles)
- Proficiency with construction software, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (role dependent)
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting national or multi-location customers is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial roofing projects from award through closeout
- Coordinate with national customers, internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee schedules, budgets, quality, and safety compliance
- Support contract administration, change management, and project documentation
- Travel as required to active job sites across the U.S.
- Provide on-site leadership for awarded commercial roofing projects
- Coordinate field operations while partnering closely with Project Managers
- Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Serve as the primary point of contact during active construction phases
- Travel coast to coast for project assignments
- Prepare accurate and competitive commercial roofing estimates
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams
- Participate in bid reviews and value-engineering discussions
- Occasional travel for training or company meetings
