Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; degree or certification preferred for clinical positions
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory background check
- Experience working in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or social services preferred
- Commitment to Palmer’s mission, ethics, and client-centered care approach
