About The Position

We are accepting applications for candidates interested in a school position for the 2025-2026 school year at one of Match's three schools: Match Community Day (Pre-K to 5th) located on 100 Poydras St. in Hyde Park, Match Middle School (6th-8th) located on 215 Forest Hills St. in Jamaica Plain, and Match High School (9th-12th) located on 1001 Commonwealth Ave. in Brighton. The compensation for Match teaching positions ranges from $61,819-$98,889 and is based on a candidate's prior years of teaching experience. Requirements

have at least two years of full-time school experience, preferably in an urban education setting
believe that all students can and will succeed
have a desire to continually improve their practice as an educator by taking and implementing feedback
have a proven record of student success and achievement
demonstrate an ability to work well on a team, and a willingness to support others in doing their best work.

Responsibilities

Uphold high academic and behavioral expectations for students, and provide lots of support for getting students there;
Participate actively in Match's coaching and professional development programming;
Assist with school programming as needed during non-instructional time; and
Serve as a positive and collaborative member of the Match Charter Public School community
