Requirements

• Basic math skills (i.e. – Algebra or higher)
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or general labor is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CNC or manual machine setup and operation
• Basic computer skills for inventory or machine interface systems
• Previous experience with tool steel preferred
• Familiarity with Mazatrol and Fanuc
• Proficient Blueprint reading skills

Responsibilities

• Operating manual and CNC machines for production tasks
• Setting up machines according to specifications and blueprints
• Performing routine maintenance and quality checks on equipment
• Assisting with shipping and receiving duties, including loading/unloading materials
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas (janitorial tasks)
• Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed
• Following safety protocols and company procedures at all times
