Branch Opportunities Include: Service Associate: The Service Associate role is an excellent way to begin your career at Five Star Bank. As the face of the bank in our branches, you will deliver a best-in-class customer experience while supporting day-to-day banking needs. Sales & Service Associate: The Sales & Service Associate is responsible for providing a personalized, caring client experience. This role combines relationship-building and sales with exceptional service for both current and prospective customers. Relationship Banker: The Relationship Banker is specially trained to manage customer experience from start to finish. This role focuses on developing new relationships through outbound prospecting and expanding existing relationships by proactively meeting with customers, identifying financial needs, and educating customers on solutions that support their financial well-being.
