About The Position

The firm is seeking Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and Software Engineers at all levels who are passionate about applying technology to real estate investment, asset management, and/or residential credit.

Requirements

• Based in or willing to relocate to Miami/Miami Beach
• Passionate about technology in real estate investment and asset management
• Experience in data engineering, AI/ML, or software engineering

Nice To Haves

• Experience with market research and analytics tools
• Familiarity with forecasting and predictive modeling
• Knowledge of business intelligence and visualization techniques
• Experience in full-stack development
• Background in data science and quantitative analysis
