Requirements

• Some skill or experience in construction-related tasks
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced tradespeople

Nice To Haves

• Experience in welding, ironworking, or steel erection
• Background in carpentry or concrete finishing
• Familiarity with pile driving techniques

Responsibilities

• Assist in various construction tasks as needed
• Support skilled tradespeople in their work
• Operate heavy equipment when required
• Perform labor-intensive tasks such as lifting and moving materials
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines on the job site
