About The Position

We are accepting applications for candidates interested in a school position for the 2025-2026 school year at one of Match's three schools: Match Community Day (Pre-K to 5th) located on 100 Poydras St. in Hyde Park, Match Middle School (6th-8th) located on 215 Forest Hills St. in Jamaica Plain, and Match High School (9th-12th) located on 1001 Commonwealth Ave. in Brighton. We don't yet know what our openings will be, but we'd like to be in touch with you if you are job searching for next year. All Match positions are on scales. The compensation for Match teaching positions ranges from $61,819-$98,889 and is based on a candidate's prior years of teaching experience. Match offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes 90% coverage of health insurance costs and student loan repayment assistance.

Requirements

• Have at least two years of full-time school experience, preferably in an urban education setting
• Believe that all students can and will succeed
• Have a desire to continually improve their practice as an educator by taking and implementing feedback
• Have a proven record of student success and achievement
• Demonstrate an ability to work well on a team, and a willingness to support others in doing their best work

Responsibilities

• Uphold high academic and behavioral expectations for students, and provide lots of support for getting students there
• Participate actively in Match's coaching and professional development programming
• Assist with school programming as needed during non-instructional time
• Serve as a positive and collaborative member of the Match Charter Public School community
