Responsibilities

  • Deliver anesthesia care across a varied caseload, including obstetric and general procedures, in a collaborative team model.
  • Apply advanced regional anesthesia techniques to optimize patient comfort and recovery.
  • Participate in a balanced 1:5 call schedule, with post-call days off and CRNA support during call.
  • Foster strong relationships with surgical teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of patient care and anesthesia plans.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
