About The Position

Position Overview: The General Affairs Specialist ensures our manufacturing facilities operate smoothly by overseeing a variety of administrative, facilities and operational tasks. You will work closely with leaders across departments to keep the workplace safe, well‑supplied and compliant with environmental and safety standards. This role reports directly to the General Affairs Manager and Chief Operating Officer.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with at least eight years of related experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and the ability to communicate effectively with both leadership and production teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to lift up to 20 pounds and spend extended periods at a desk working on a computer.
  • Fluency in Korean and English (both written and verbal).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies, janitorial products and break‑room items, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Manage general affairs expenses in SAP, including submitting purchase requests and monitoring spending.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day facilities operations such as maintenance scheduling, vendor management and general administrative tasks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers – source vendors, negotiate contracts and evaluate performance.
  • Arrange travel and hospitality for visitors, including booking hotels, rental cars and providing refreshments.
  • Administer service contracts for printers, water coolers, uniforms and other leased equipment.
  • Lead the implementation and upkeep of ISO 14001 environmental standards, including annual audits and record‑keeping.
  • Develop and enforce safety procedures to comply with local, state and federal OSHA regulations.
  • Maintain a register of company assets and vehicles, handling registrations, renewals, inspections and reimbursements.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports and handling internal correspondence.
