About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient operation of the district administrative office and to provide clerical services as directed. This role is essential for maintaining the administrative functions of the office and supporting the overall operations of the district.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient typing, word processing, and file maintenance skills
  • Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and do word processing
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
  • One to three years of secretarial experience, preferably in a public education environment
