The Gene Therapy Liaison will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and presenting our client's products to achieve or surpass sales forecasts and goals. This role includes developing and executing a business plan that identifies growth opportunities and formulates sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. The representative will expand the business by educating both current and new referral sources and implementing a business plan focused on growing the referral customer base and formulating effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales objectives.

  • Develop and act on a business plan which identifies opportunities to grow the referral customer base and help formulate sales strategies to meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Engage HCPs to identify potential patient candidates and educate on disease state and clinical profile.
  • Work in partnership with client field sales rep counterpart when patient is identified for seamless handoff.
  • Executing total office call to ensure alignment on disease state and brand value to patients.
  • Leveraging insights and knowledge of therapeutic, market, and competitor information to effectively manage business and challenges.
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • BA/BS degree required
  • 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments
  • Strong collaboration skills required
  • Demonstrates initiative; self-motivated and performance driven
  • Ability to travel up to 70%
  • Referral Based sales experience preferred but not required.
