About The Position

The GenAI / ML Engineer will drive AI adoption across the organization. You will prototype and put in production generative AI features, integrate LLMs, and build infrastructure for inference.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall technology experience
• 4+ years hands-on Machine Learning / GenAI experience required
• Experience with LLMs, Python, and ML engineering practices.
• Background in cloud-based AI deployment (AWS preferred).
• Experience with GenAI products (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI Service, RAG products, Elastic AI Search, AWS OpenSearch Vector Engine, etc)

Responsibilities

• Integrate GenAI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, or local LLMs).
• Perform fine-tuning, RAG, or prompt engineering.
• Build and operate GPU-based inference systems, often on Kubernetes.
• Embed AI capabilities into software products and services.
• Collaborate closely with platform, data, and engineering teams.
