At AWS Professional Services (ProServe), we build customer solutions that accelerate business outcomes and reinvent customer and employee experiences. The Generative AI Experience Center Solutions Specialist role creates industry-grade demonstrations that provide AWS customers with real-time buying capability in a physical space. You will educate customers and partners on AI technologies transforming industries—financial services, public sector, and healthcare across automated reasoning, physical AI digital solutions, regulatory compliance, and advanced analytics. You will build high-quality demonstrations, provide technical guidance to activate solutions, and offer hands-on architectural guidance for customer projects involving AWS services and ISV/partner solutions. As the primary guide for customers visiting the GenAI Experience Center, you will deliver compelling tours that translate technical capabilities into business value. You will present demonstrations in one-on-one and group settings, adapting your approach based on customer industry, technical background, and business objectives. You will facilitate hands-on experiences with our rotating showcase of pan-Amazon innovations and partner solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-Amazon teams to develop outcome-based solutions for strategic opportunities and work with partner teams to maintain demonstration readiness and gather customer feedback. Your insights will inform future demonstration development and identify follow-up engagement opportunities. In this role, you'll serve as demo creator, storyteller, presenter, and customer advocate creating memorable experiences that drive meaningful conversations about AI transformation and generate pipeline opportunities for AWS and our partners.
